Prepare a video walkthrough so you can send a link and when you have it occupied its not hard to show what it looks like.   

Its too big of a fish to get away .  

That said, you may get away with it for awhile......... but eventually, you will get caught.

I am writing from Wylie, Texas where I live with my wife and 3 kids. we recently moved from Dallas, to get away from the inner-city feel.

In this day and age, you never know.I have a local hardware store that will rekey most locks for $7 including a new key, then I pay another $2 each for additional keys, so a regular lock change out costs me $13, which is cheaper than a new lock with copies made.I looked at the Smart Key locks, but the initial investment is larger, and there are lots of youtube videos on how to break into those locks. 

I can't speak to the rest, but if the home inspector really did miss things he should have caught, he might be on the hook for damages as well.One immediate step is to photo/video document EVERYTHING so you'll have evidence if you go to trial. 

I think this firm is new to creating video courses, and the QBO course is only in video.
