Slightly less labor and material on the install and honestly from a techs perspective I find easier to maintain.Bosch is a solid up and coming product I’m not completely familiar with their entire line but I know they have a basic heat pump that is made in China and doesn’t have the best reviews.

We gave the entire home fresh paint, cleaned up floors and ripped up carpet (it has the original hardwood), and added new carpet to the living room and a runner to the stairs.

From a marketing perspective I believe it helps as there is a filter to search for homes with EV chargers in Airbnb and I list it on my VRBO listing (plus we use it when we are there so that is a plus) I still want to buy a charging cord and if I can't get one from Tesla I was looking at this one on Amazon

In reality, my flooring contractor (all hardwood floors) was able to sand the smell out of it - and let me tell you, you've never smelled anything like freshly sanded cat piss - and 98% of the stains, and put down 3 nice thick coats of polyurethane, and the smell was completely gone at the end and never came back.
