I'm still deciding what to do about them, but these floors are fir, not hardwood, the paint is likely lead-based, and the painted floor (in the bedrooms) fits the house's style.  

My current RE market of Portland, OR is insane right now for my specific goals of entry level SFR or MFR yielding cash flow.

Any who, my overall goal is cashflow and to also retire my father.

A goal of mine is to organize a meetup for investors in my area.

my rule, others may say otherwise but I'm not in the volume game, real estate is my current Business, and I prefer quality over quantity.....just fits my style best.

What is your end goal?

With real estate my goal is to have them liquidated in the next 5 years. 

I'm already more than a 3rd of the way there, so I very likely will surpass this goal too.

I was inspired today by the most recent BP podcast, and as it states; I am training my self to think about "how  I can expedite  my goals to financial freedom VS making excuses and giving into fear and analysis paralysis. 

It ultimately depends on your investment strategy and what your goals are.
