When I put the block box around it I ran a perforated pipe out 10 feet and made a small drain field to make sure no water can build up in it , and the soil is sand .

and as hundreds move into this field you will have a few that will climb the mountain and get those kind of relationships with their money partners.

Make sure there is not a lease on the fields , check for right of ways .Offer less see what happens

My wife and I are looking to enter the real estate investment field through an FHA loan.

One leg of the homes drain field crossed over onto lot B so a temporary easement 10'x20' was drawn into the plat.

I guess I will weight the benefit as I became more experience in the field.

Here are some ideas and terms I didn't think of.Right now, of course the company needs to make money but as a new licensee, I need to work in the field, so I totally agree!
