This site is fantastic and after reading about the community and the plethora of information here I decided to join up.I'm beyond sick of being chained to a desk working for a salary that doesn't change no matter how hard or little I work.  

If you buy the right kind of house you can turn it into a rental (after a year or 2) and have fantastic long-term financing.
