Do anyone know of sample effective letters to be sent to Preforeclosure owners?

Then we deduct debt service to get to cash flow.We go through the exercise of analyzing major components of the improvements to determine estimated remaining life.

I've got data on the market but the sample size is so small that it's a little difficult to analyze the viability of the deal.
