Why would I put myself through added expense, stress, and time simply to attempt to prove a point to a tenant by legally evicting them, which they will probably take worth a grain of salt anyway?

At 90k per unit, you'd need like 1700 in rent for someone to he interested in the whole complex.Another option is to attempt to sell before he does.

I have no issue with a fixed-priced system that doesn't attempt to upsell to more expensive coaching services, but most of these guys are making the bulk of their money in the coaching/mentoring space, not the product space.

The book was good but basically was a weakly veiled attempt at pushing the seminars.There was great information in the book but i consider the people involved to be just another set of scammers praying on the weak.
