Im not a big proponent of cloud based services as you simply dont have control of YOUR data (and Rentec is cloud).

I also informed him that because this is an act of god/nature and out of our control that I would be waving late fee's.

If the virus won't get under control for more than 3 months, it might get ugly....But different time has different investment strategies, have cash ready, be prepared for anything.
