You could have semi-annual replacement of air filters, smoke detectors, and have the pipes inspected then.

Everyone blows smoke, the references will at least give you a little more insight.

The streets are windy and dark.

This kept fire number 3 from being more than smoke damage.

It was built in 1952, no signs of code updates (electrical, smoke detectors, etc).

Finally, don't forget smoke detectors in every bedroom and CO detectors on every floor.

Candle, space heater, smoking, etc.

I won't smoke 10 pounds of ribs/brisket/chicken for them once a week on rent day. 

I also include some printed lawn care instructions (I think from Scott's or some other big name in that field), but I don't think it helps the lawn that much if nobody follows them :wink: Almost forgot to mention the fire extinguisher and smoke alarms too!
