About to purchase my first Four-unit in a class B area. Any tips?
We are about to purchase our first four-unit complex in East Tennessee in a Class B neighborhood. It is close to a university and has a 97% occupancy rate.
My question is, what specs should I evaluate and what are the best techniques to hire solid property managers?
