I would avoid Chicago/Cook County if at all possible.

Basically you'll want to watch out Cook County for holding long term.

@Dillon Cook we just said "no" to a potential client last week, that told us they wouldn't pay a Placement Fee of any type on Class C rentals.Claimed they weren't paying for their portfolios in Florida and St Louis.

Maybe, for many people it is they get more reward by being nice to tenants than running a business like a well-oiled machine.We hear every day that a high percent of businesses fail.

Have the chef cook you a meal, have the house keeper clean your house, have the massage lady come to your house and give you a massage. 

Kids kept me company & daughter cooked for me, etc., while we all lived in my house.
