They used heat sensors to locate the center of the hive under the subfloor, pulled back the carpet and pad, cut a smallish hole in the subfloor and then removed the queen and the hive.

Most will not want to run 200 deals or write 100 offers to get you one, but the conversation will lead to what and who they know, along with what they are willing to do in your absence....hold open houses, help stage the homes, put you in contact with like minded buyers, even keep an eye on the project in your absence, etc.

Well naturally just like Uber won't work in small population centers I was also impressed with the professional follow up emails and the notice of the offer expiring after 3 days or so They just hit Vegas so I can't really comment on their resale status or ongoing business model, wholesalers can begin to worry and possibly realtors over time

My wife does the staging for this investor, which I think she did a great job with a very minimal budget.Out of respect of the investor, I cannot disclose the numbers other than the budget for rehab, which was approximately $65k.
