I have the 1/2 HP InSinkErator Badger 5, so I would recommend it if you won't put everything in it, it's not a garbage bin, just something to help you with cleaning and the sink not to get too dirty.

You're right $2,500 was way too low but the $4,000 in repairs per unit is more of a budget for small repairs like holes in the wall, painting a room, or cleaning a unit.. things that wouldn't necessarily increase the value of the property.

Long story short, now he is my eyes on the property so I rarely have to go out to my rentals for inspection as he walks and treats the interiors and gives me an update on how things are looking inside, how clean the tenants are, how many people are inside, etc.
