@Aaron T.The self-directed IRA (while not quite as feature-rich as the Solo 401k) is definitely the way to go if you are not eligible for a Solo 401k.

The first deal isn't about getting rich, and if you sign a partnership agreement, insert a condition that you get to be present at all operations meetings. 

Now if you don't want to be poor and want to be rich accept what @Jim K. said that these things will happen nothing you can do about it.

I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and was hooked on the ideas presented in that book.

This will exacerbate the net worth/affluence of renters vs home owners, the income gap, the rich vs poor, etc. 

(I know rich dad poor dad has been mentioned quite a bit, just looking for a solid selection)2.

Their underwriting can be stricter: they only go with stabilized properties, they want experience borrowers, and you need to show net worth equal to or greater than the loan amount (you can get around this by bringing on a rich friend).
