If so repoint that stuff and collect your rent.Fractures through brick (as opposed to along mortar lines) is typically a red flag for stability, but as it is a veneer, that isn’t as big a deal.Make sure the veneer is plumb.

I've never inherited a tenant with a property purchase, nor have I served an eviction, but I am faced now with the prospect of buying a good property/location where the tenant has a few red flags.

Then again asking about it could raise red flags but if you explain it as a commitment you have to your investor maybe it could carry some weight.

My roofer is having me sign some paperwork and on the Bond paperwork there is this huge, "YOUR PROPERTY MAY BE LIEND" jumping out at me in bold.

@Scott Lepore if you would like to see here are the details on my first BRRRR I learned a ton throughout this process and made a lot of mistakes but I would do it all over again, we currently have this property listed for sale at 259k (our market is red hot being just 2 hrs outside on NYC) when we sell, we will pay off our loan and get into another property.
