Has anyone out in BPland used one of these or perhaps another deck product that promises to restore a deck to its original beauty and last a decade?

I'm assuming about a 3-4% annual increase in value over the next five years and I can probably rent it out fairly quickly.OR I could get a BEAUTIFUL, well-maintained single family home for $325K, 2900 square feet, 5 bedroom, 4 bath, really desirable neighborhood.

Granted, I don't play poker professionally, and have a different 9 to 5, but his family life and goals for supplemental income are uncanny in their similarities.A little about me: I'm in my mid-thirties, recently married, and even more recently a new father to a beautiful baby girl.
