Deck Question: Rustoleum Deck Restore and Behr Deckover

Has anyone out in BPland used one of these or perhaps another deck product that promises to restore a deck to its original beauty and last a decade? We have a couple of rentals that we're considering using a product like this to bring back the beauty of the deck. Our concerns are how well the products will stand up to tenant abuse.
