I currently have Niche Properties as my property manager and I could not say enough amazing things about him.

I certainly hope we will see some improvements - there are so many absolutley gorgious buildings, that would make for amazing homes if they could attract the necessary money to take on the rehab.

As a newbie to the sight and the podcast - I just gotta say - Josh is an amazing creator and truly a person of integrity.

I always find it amazing people are willing to pay coaches and gurus so much money to get knowledge from these individuals who have never done business outside of the city they live.  

It's amazing the free labor you can get if it involves scrap metal/appliances as incentives.

It's amazing what some people's definition of cash flow is.  

For example the awards based on votes to posts, it would be amazing to look through posts based on the value other members took from it (and likewise voted it up) Does anyone know a way to look up a members 'trending' response?
