A spouse or adult child maybe a sibling or parent or a friend.

Not really an area with parking issues and not close enough to restaurants, entertainment, etc for a parking lot though.

Seems like a lot of operators got taken out, but the ones with solid fundamentals, running them as a business, have survived.Also, with limited entertainment options in the Short North/Downtown right now, have you seen STR in those types of locations remain a bit dipped?

Do you have each of your adults in the unit (maybe not necessarily the applicants) fill it out?

take a pass on that one.. the most riskiest of all lending. who is suggesting you  even entertain this.U can do transactional funding safely.. but gap NO way.. and EM for someone who does not have the money for EM  also very risky and especially because your going to be dealing with under capitalized beginners. 

Parts of the North East section are on fire due to the proximity to the Plaza (a high-end shopping district) and entertainment venues.  

I also have another account that is like a flex account, I deposit a few hundred dollars every paycheck for vacations, entertainment, big purchases like furniture, etc.  

They say they will entertain an offer this year and I am trying to figure out how much makes sense to offer.

Strictly first-come, first-serve - there is no bidding and we've never entertained trying to get prices bid up.
