For me, it doesn't mess up the walls or cause us to fish around this 100 year old mess of wire.

A partnership where one person has the drive and is willing to do all the work, and the other just wants their money to be invested in RE and receive a nice return compared to other forms of investing.

This was NOT an easy choice for me.

The decision for me was easy.

I let my managers collect the rent for me.

I enjoyed the forms and love the knowledge and education that everybody brings.

It look's to me like this would not be a good deal for me as I am seeking cash flow.

I’ve never seen the step by step process first hand (obviously) and I know just doing it is the best way to learn but I don’t have the knowledge to get myself out of a sticky situation if things didn’t go right for me.

And, in case if I want to finance the machines and other equipment, what are the best options available for me? 

I think I am leaning towards an interest in Certified General Appraisal but I will probably have to look into Certified Residential Appraising if I can't find someone to work with in the first few months.I have discovered my interest in Real Estate investing (thus my membership on BP) and this led me to get into the business of Real Estate in the form of Appraising.
