Looking to start flipping in Tampa.

Hey everyone. I’m looking to get started flipping. I have everything I need to get started but honestly I’m a little reluctant to get started. I’ve read many books on RE and have watched countless webinars but I’m more of a visual learner. I’ve never seen the step by step process first hand (obviously) and I know just doing it is the best way to learn but I don’t have the knowledge to get myself out of a sticky situation if things didn’t go right for me. What should I do?
