I have done a little research but heres what ive gathered: -They are commercial loans, so they will need to be lended to my LLC but with me and my wife protecting them with our assets -It is a different process to qualify for a commercial loan -it does not hit my personal credit, as its a loan to my business, im sure theres some impact if we were to default -It can cover all three properties, as if it were one, while still giving me the ability to sell one if need be.

Hello I have a question and I want an outside opinion First let's begin with I dropped my rent check off on the first as it is requested And I receive a call next day to drop another check for water bill amount in witch I run over to the office to them ASAPThere are happy and everything is okay A week goes by and I notice the water bill has been taken out of my checking and not the rent so I call the office and ask what is going on and if everything was okay just because I want to make sure there were no issues Rental manager says hold on let me see if it's here and she finds is and says she is having issues scanning it to bank and I tell her I can take a new check to the office right away she asked for a cashiers check I said I do not have the ability to leave to the bank and get one my cars in shop getting worked on and that's the best I can do this second She's says ok an takes the new check and as I go to my account two days later rent money is still there and not been processed so I look online to my resident account login and there is a NSF fee and a late fee for rent in witch I don't know why when everything was paid on time and she did not call me when she knew it wouldn't scan and I had to call her Let me know your opinion I believe the fee is wrong and I should have not been charged
