To WIN the game you have to understand it fully first.If you do not the banks will take advantage.

I plan to work the wholesale game to build capital to buy my first live in rental property.

TD BANK is literally killing me with their waiting game.

I think there are still great deals out there, but they are much harder to find especially for some like me who hasn't been in the game for too long.

Well first is to see if you are an investor with actual money in the bank you can show a broker/agent.If you have no money then you are a wholesaler type starting out.Residential you have newbie agents who will work for pennies because they have not taught themselves value.Being new they have to shoot out low ball offers and it's a numbers game.

Let them spend some time at the community game room playing the Wii or trying their skills with some are hockey or playing a game of billiards!

If you can find a way to stand out from the crowd and show a true benefit of working with you versus your competition, you'll be ahead of the game!

Remember, wholesaling is a numbers game.
