One I believe it was Datsun ( that's what Nissans were called in the early days for you younger folks out there) they were the first auto manufacotrer to offer 0% financing.. which of course as we know has been copied for years and years since the mid to early 80s.Second was I had Saudi clients from San Francisco that because of religious reasons could not pay interest So since we owned all the properties we sold.. ( my dad was in the land business big time 300 to 500 sales a year)WE came up with our own 0% financing and just flat killed it..

In my recent visits (to repair 2 broken fan pull switches, weatherstrip the doors, and some other minor repairs) the place already looked very homey, so I know these guys will take care of it.Just for another quick anecdote, we also own a house in San Antonio, and the tenants have been there 2 years.

Metro areas with populations greater than 1 million that saw an annual decrease in foreclosure starts included Indianapolis (down 82 percent), Houston (down 65 percent) and San Jose (down 58 percent).A handful of state reported precipitous drops in completed foreclosures, including Michigan, which dropped 84 percent, Massachusetts (down 74 percent), Indiana (down 67 percent), Kentucky (down 66 percent), and New Jersey (down 64 percent).The rate of foreclosures continues to drop; good news for real estate.Foreclosures are on the downswing, for a year now; which is great for real estate and those investing in property.
