I am primarily looking in the Falls Church/Arlington/Alexandria areas, but have also kept my eye on a few places in Fort Washington MD.My question is if I can partner with a "money" partner to qualify for a larger/higher quality purchase.

Looking for good quality, price and availability.

I mean it's equally beneficial to both of you to get someone else in there... why not put the pressure on him to market it and find a qualified tenant (the same quality that they are).

Even though I've worked within many parts of the industry, there's still so many areas I haven't touched so not sure I could speak to them.That being said, speaking from experience as someone who worked their way up the SFR route with fix and flips, buy and holds, and other creative financing strategies, here's who you might want to know: - Wholesaler/bird-dogs (or somebody who finds deals for you)- Investor Friendly Mortgage Lenders (for financing)- Investors in the areas you want to buy in.

I did speak with a mortgage broker today briefly. 

But, I'm saying speak with your RE attorney. 

Quality help is hard to come by and when I do find them fair wages and appreciation is how to keep them.
