I would absolutely not recommend purchasing in some parts of Cleveland as a first time investor because you don’t have people that talk the talk and walk the walk of that particular neighborhood.

I wouldn't invest in any privately held, illiquid assets like (2) (I would NEVER invest in a non-traded REIT!)
