Hello All, I recently just finished my paid mentorship for apartment syndication and ready to take down my first deal.

I just purchased that book by Steve Berges, The Complete Guide to Buying and Selling Apartment Buildings.

Just curious if anyone here is using another syndication service? 

Just get prequalified with a good lender and they should be able to tell you those numbers ahead of time.Hope all of that makes sense.

Why not just extend the settlement date and wait?

I had to get a full time job just to stay a float.

So, again, called in a favor from a friend to grab a couple cabinet doors from the store 2 hours away, while he was up on business trip anyways, so we could get them on site before installer was "done" and onto another job.Ultimately, as Alan notes, you just have to accept this, and figure it out on the fly.  

Just a good end-of-the-work-week drink.
