I'll be honest, I read your post and smugly went to look up the Cincinnati code to prove that you heard the direction incorrectly.

Build a niche list, focus on one zip code and find every distressed property, think outside-the-box not in the same box as everyone else looking for an easy way to find deals.

We've been doing that and it's pretty sweet since all you need to do is change the code between tenants.

Hi Scott, For me: Windows and doors- Windows, if they are c/o and up to code but you have shattered glass or something similar find someone who will just repair the glass.
