What is your goal with this property..House hack, flip, buy and hold ????

In our current situation we are saving 4-6k a month and look to boost that to 5-7k a month in order to acquire more properties.The end goal is to be able to live off the passive income in 8 years.

Some days I feel like all the maintenance calls checks going out each month just isn't worth it, but most days I want to head towards my goal of $10,000 cash flow a month.

You need to look at your goals and what you're willing to do to get there.

My short term goals to get started would be to get into the wholesaling side of real estate and earn capital to eventually invest in purchasing properties on my own for renting and also fixing/flipping.

Right now I am trying to consider the costs/benefits of taking some money out of stocks to buy a property in Belize, with the goal being using it for short-term rentals.

Depends on the business plan and your return goals.
