We have an idea on what today but are seeking advice on hOw to maximize our effort. We are looking to start March 2019 as we will have 50k saved up to start. We have have solid jobs in Chicago and are looking at Milwaukee to get the ball rolling,. In our current situation we are saving 4-6k a month and look to boost that to 5-7k a month in order to acquire more properties. The end goal is to be able to live off the passive income in 8 years.
