@Ray Johnson The reason my parameters are set that way is because the BP Newbie webinar I attended suggested this guide:http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/wp-content...Brandon Turner, the author, states he expects at least 200 cash flow from each unit he has and I reckon that is a highly conservative estimate.
