Relationship 2 (the professor) - I started working on a relationship with a college professor who instructs at Clark Atlanta University who owns a four-plex with 2 beds 1 bath in each unit around the college campus.

In our house - which is a duplex with 4-rooms per unit - my sister-in-law is our Den Mother in-residence;5) University students are loath to clean common areas (like the bathroom and kitchen)... or their rooms for that matter.  

I rent out a 2/1 house near a university.

There are around 200,000 members on the site.A deal for a property is a universal language............. : )

Being a student at the same University, I feel like I know the market much better than anyone around and I know what is acceptable and what can be done in the area.

Gets in University Heights does not translate to what a 3/1 goes for in Maple Heights, even though they are not that far apart.

Recent mechanical engineering grad from Colorado State University, just started my big boy job in May and have been saving 30% of my income for the down payment on my first rental property.
