Beginning the Journey!

Hello everyone!

I'm excited to have discovered this site.  I just recently was exposed to the world of real estate investing a few months ago.  Recent mechanical engineering grad from Colorado State University, just started my big boy job in May and have been saving 30% of my income for the down payment on my first rental property.  I've been traveling around the country for my job training but I will be permanently located in Minot, ND by Feb 1st, 2015.  If anyone has any knowledge/tips about that market place please let me know!
