I have few properties in CA and I would like to set up a structure which provides me anonymity and reduced liability.I have set up a WY LLC and various real estate land trust where each trust will hold title to the individual real esate and the LLC will be beneficiary for all these trusts.

Sorry, I reread my original post and I might have worded things incorrectly.

My real estate agent handled that for me and I think it's very good to confirm the rent amount and security deposit.

It is very helpful and I will definitely do that.

Hello, My wife and I own a property in Arlington Texas.

I have a STR property that is in a FL land trust and I set up an LLC to property manage this property (collect rents, etc).
