In short, is it possible, absolutely.

But is it possible the seller makes a clause that a lower price will not be honored based on the appraisal  or can I just walk away if they don’t agree ? 

It could then possibly be easier to follow that up with a rate/term refi if/when rates drop and get back into a conventional loan (if that would work for you or if that fits your situational goals). 

Not that I'm aware of with any of my landlord clients - if there's a government shutdown that could be a possibility, but the payments will always be prorated for any missed payments.City wouldn't intentionally delay payment once you're setup and "in the system"... they want to keep any voucher tenants housed and out of shelters. 

You need a spreadsheet that covers every possible budgetary item along with allowances for the finishes.

I know wholesale is lucrative, possible and profitable.

With insurance premiums for apartment properties increasing so dramatically in recent years, I am leaning towards trying to save some costs by increasing my deductible to the highest deductible possible.

He said the AI started to "learn" the beginning of March, and his IT specialists explained to him that it might be randomly changing photos while the AI finds the more engaging photo to post as the main one.I asked him if I could opt out of this, and he escalated my case to see if that's possible.
