If you are in a great school district or do not pay water this may not be a factor, but in most areas of Cincinnati I would rather have a nice 1/2 bed that has a B class tenants with no kids. 

That’s always nice to do in a second Home you may have.

He was a super nice guy but he wasn't making enough money to further his investing because he kept accepting sob stories from tenants like you.

The property was recently renovated, very nice finishes, structural work is done, and is registered with the historic commission.
