Once I feel I have an appropriate rent price, I require all of my prospective tenants to complete an application through an online credit check & tenant application website.  

There are at least a thousand posts on this website about them you could search.

We are upfront and we have lots of references from other owners now that make it a bit easier to get owners to get on board.

Is this in reference to the owners wages (like with a s-corp taxation) or does this mean the deduction only applies to pass through entities who have employees and therefore wages?

@Jeff Jerma yes, the interest payment is the "loan payment" I'm referring to.

The home is in Cook County, IL--our tax assessor's website doesn't list home owner's and the software I've been looking to look up data hasn't turned up much either.Besides the CAD, what other places can I go to find a home owner's information?

You can look up the name of entity you want to register on Texas Secretary of State website, and if it is Unique, and you have a valid Tax ID, ( or your personal number - if you know what I mean),  you can be fairly certain to get the entity registered.  

"Everything you read" refers to the properties you legally own.
