So I started using a backup cleaner on Turno.I agree that Turno is expensive, at the same time, part of self managing and scaling is that I make it manageable.

I also seeing people selling boarding houses in Cleveland from time to time where they're renting out for $2500-$3000 so I think it's definitely a viable model, but like people are saying, you really need a strong property manager to make it all work.Feel free to reach out to me if you want to talk more about management services for something like this.

Also those improvements you did may only be able to be depreciated over time instead of all during this year depending on how much each one was and what they were.As for the cash portion, keep it in savings for now, I always use 50% as a good conservative estimate when not knowing many factors about someone.
