I refinanced once with an out of state call center loan officer just for the experience (it wasn't a good one... as expected), and I literally had to teach him step-by-step how to calculate property taxes in California because what he was doing was going to screw my escrow account three ways from Sunday.Here's the quick-down-and-dirty way to calculate it pretty accurately for a property presently listed at $3,000,000. 

I don't know enough about wholesaling, @Jon Sunburn @Jordan Redar to have an opinion on it, if you could teach me more I would really appreciate some guidance.

I'm referring to a specific program for doing SLO agreements, I suspect some here are familiar with, but since Brian, Joe, etc. also teach these strategies, and are commenting here...

The program teaches you a ton about how to be an investor and is actually how I got started.  

My problem is I hear Maryland is strict when it comes to laws that govern Wholesale deals, and I really need to find a Wholesale mentor to teach me how to avoid breaking any laws and/or ethical codes.
