This building has been under contract 3 or 4 times in the past several months and has fallen through each time due to financing surrounding the non-warrantability of the building.What do people think?

I love Boise, and several surrounding communities because people move here specifically for the quality of life, and the city is booming...making top 10 lists all the time these days.

I purchased a duplex in a low income area last year and I did things like extra coats of poly on the hardwood floors, reinforcing the towel bars, shower curtain rods, and toilet paper holders, replacing destroyed vinyl flooring with real tile, replacing stove surround paneling with tile, etcetera.
