I do not believe beyond pricing has VRBO enabled, so I use www.pricemethod.com (Wheelhouse) for VRBO/Homeaway/Tripadvisor.  

If you are wanting to supplement your income with rental income more immediately then I think this would be the way to go.

The scope of work is the drafting of a petition and possibly a supplement to that petition, attending at least one hearing, drafting (hopefully) an order transferring the property into the trust, and then ensuring that a certified copy of the order is recorded.
