I struggled with that for a bit and it was holding us back from pulling the trigger.

As the others have said previously, you’ll struggle to find cash flowing properties in many areas of the county.

A sponsor who has never had a bad deal might like to trumpet that fact, but I might rather see that there were indeed some struggles, and that the sponsor reacted properly, communicated the situation to investors, and every effort was made to avoid a loss. 

Some find their niche and what works for them right away while others struggle for years to make sense of it.At any rate I think opening your mind up to new ideas and trying new things can go a long ways. 

Try it out and see where it takes you, if you feel like you are struggling find a handyman in your area.

I currently struggle with being out of town (or country) for such a long time and just trying to figure out what to do. 

I struggle with this everyday because my millennial friends that are buying over pay, or sit on the sidelines.
