Would you scrap the clothing or send it to Bolivia to sell in their stores"?

We did a bunch of improvements including adding a bedroom, update the bathrooms, update the kitchen, adding a full bath. created a huge media room, converted 3 bed to bath to 4 bed and 3 full bath. 

Are you at the property often enough for it to not inconvenience you or at least somewhere that you could store the items for ease?

For the average person in the street, a $4m apartment might be high end, but for the high net worth individual, it might just be their weekend get away or a place to store their excess furniture or a means to get a dock in the marina etc.

I heard a story that at one point the city bought the meters, and was storing them in a warehouse for a couple of years while the issue continued to be debated.

HUD Home Store is great, but don;t limit yourself to just HUD homes.

Draw a 3 mile radius around the store.

I seem to find these oddball deals - Anyhow the property is an old grocery store that was converted into 3 apartments. 

No view and not walking distance from the beach or stores.
