I don’t know anything about Peerstreet and Yieldstreet (sounds interesting though) but I did buy some land and develop a commercial export banana plantation several years ago; 50,000 trees, 50 field workers, aerial spraying and contracted buyer.

If this parcel is not "up for sale" or development, ...and it is being "salted-away" as an investment, ...many times, it is better to leave the "brush, trees, etc." in it's "natural state".Exceptions are "code enforcement issues" (I.e., overgrown areas that need to be cleared, order by your local code enforcement).

I network with others who do shortsales for a living.I basically took the course that I have with a grain of salt and decided that it was good for BASIC INFORMATION, but you really have to do them and ask questions along the way.The fact that you're getting the contracts is half the battle...hopefully you can share some of your secrets on doing that.What are the 2 courses you currently have?
