The carpet was stained like someone walked around spilling who knows what and never bothered to wash it up, very dirty dirty walls, black water in the toilet, screens busted out of the screen doors, the fridge was new but you about died when you opened it from the smell of rotting food...you get the picture.

Leave the wall completely open for the plumber and get them in there in the middle so they can make sure everything works.  

Yes, those are yellow walls that you see in the background:and green in the bedroom.  

My thing is, I've been retaining knowledge, for awhile now, but have not come up with an actual plan myself.

Interestingly all the aforementioned entities have retained me for any/all of my credentials during this time.

I still renovated the backyard, carpet, and painted the walls.

I have more than a few degrees hanging on my wall.  

This are interior walls in a property  we just purchased and are in the process of rehabbing.

Ozone Machine, Duct Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning and depending what caused the smell, you may have to at least paint one coat over all the walls and ceilings.

Apologies for the wall-of-text, but I'm hoping someone can guide me in the right direction.
