That's a 55% revenue increase (I dont expect that to hold true for every month, but I think a 20-30% bump is entirely possible with high-touch management from what I've seen)My findings/ perspective:1) Cabins are still a good investment but you need a good broker to find you the right deal (I recommend Avery as shes sharp, attentive, thinks like an investor, and has a good network of local contacts which is critical). 

Although I did this, I knew I would delay giving the business a lot of attention as I was taking the last courses to finalize my degree for graduating in December 2018.

Our market has softened a bit for the higher price point homes and they are needing more marketing attention than before, in my opinion. 

Clean up pics  and drop the price enough to get people's attention. 

Get your attention and expect many bidders to fight for it.

Based on your post, I'd say you want to have your other business, so focus your attention and capital on that.

Theres a lot of work to get developers to pay more attention to the areas and the people their project will effect, and I'm all for pushing for that, but just labeling them all as greedy and careless does nothing to improve anyone's lives.

While Jersey City is building up a lot, the Bergen Lafayette area has not seen much attention.

They serve a very valuable purpose and they can seriously take you for a ride if you're not paying attention to them and picking good ones.
