I’ve spent the last 13 years or so chasing the rabbit hole of success in the 9-5 world — successful I suppose, depending on the metrics you use to measure that sort of thing.A couple years ago, I dipped my toe back into the real estate investing world.

As we all know, there is no point finding deals if you have no one who may be interested in them.I am reaching out today to hopefully find some people on all levels of experience in investing, that may be interested in hearing about the deals I find.

It's probably better to work on a 4-6 year timeline too which allows you to adjust after hopefully reaching your goals.
