Who benefits from us not being able to do that quicker and more often?

My house is definitely a lot nicer than my rentals but my tenants' repairs get taken care of way quicker than anything at my house.  

What has changed - The desire to grow and increase the portfolio of properties quicker as such wanted to raise more capital by refinancing plus using seed money to purchase a 2nd, 3rd etc..Agree - ran some preliminary numbers it makes sense to refinance.

I would recommend new appliances on almost all flips because they will help the property sell quicker plus it's another wow piece to your deal.

That way I can learn starting small and then either have the opportunity to fix and flip to build quicker capital or hold for long term wealth.

She said she had taken a very quick look online and saw some other approach(es) that would including all the formalities, but could be structured for the quicker repayment.

Actually, in the western suburbs at least, I noticed that houses sell quicker due to the low inventory.

My end goal is always cash flow but im going to have to grab lunch with you at some point to discuss some other quicker return options to speed along my process.  

I feel I will be quicker at making offers, and realizing I will pay higher interest rates, but save on closing costs.
