About how much to replace it with good quality shingles?

. - My concern with building new, is not being able to spend all day onsite to manage. only being able to go on site at the end of the day after work to see what was completed and to what quality.

I didn’t know any better and just used cheap Home Depot quality cabinets, until I got a recommendation to buy from them.  

Most of my quality applicants come through Zillow and the 10/week for listings is well worth it.  

I find Facebook brings below average interest and quality.

I tried going the cheap route with epoxy countertops and they turned out to be far less quality than I expected.

We have a local place called building 9 that has deals on higher quality flooring click lock vinyl or laminate.
