HiI am working on acquiring a property- the investment makes sense as a multi unit building- triplex- It is zoned RSA5- I am familiar with the process to get a variance-My question is- I noticed other RSA5 properties in the area have 3-4 units- I pull the public records and info an do not see a variance or anything about the change in use or any permits for that matter Is there a place I can check if a variance was filed on a property for multi unit use?

Year was 2012.I have zero experience with this, a quick search on public records seems to suggest it was done to delay a foreclosure.I haven't ran a credit check yet, will do it today.

Many them use illegal and questionable marketing methods to attract sellers.The system I developed years ago and still use to this day on houses - commercial - lots - land and nonconforming real estate is (STOP - understand - I am telling and not SELLING - only trying to answer a question) the system if followed - prospecting - evaluating- controlling and assigning by public auction is the basis of Control and Roll.
